AND IF WE’RE TRAVELLING WITH OUR BABY?

The Hotel Sezz Paris has two folding cots as well as bottle-warmer, booster seat and changing table.

WE’RE A FAMILY OF 4, DO YOU HAVE FAMILY ROOMS OR Can YOU ADD AN EXTRA BED?

All our rooms accommodate a maximum of two people except for our suites, which have a sofa-bed as well as a double bed and can accommodate a child under two years of age. However, our Eiffel Suite can sleep 4: one double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the lounge (Bultex mattress) in the lounge.
What's more, we have communicating rooms where one has two single beds and the other a double bed.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY VEHICLE?

The Hotel has four parking spaces in a private closed garage. What’s more, public parking spaces are available on Avenue Frémiet and adjacent roads.

I HAVE ALLERGIES, WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?

Each room has synthetic and feather pillows. We can remove one or other at your convenience. What’s more, all our rooms have parquet floors and we have removed the carpets from some.

i PREFER RED, WHAT CAN YOU DO?

All our rooms are predominantly grey in colour with green or red carpets, depending on the floor. Ask your PA for a room with the colour you prefer (subject to availability).

I WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AN ADVANCE PAYMENT RATE BUT I DON’T WANT TO SEND MY BANK CARD NUMBER BY INTERNET. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

You can quite simply make a bank transfer. However, please be aware that your bank card will be required on arrival in guarantee of any possible extras.

I WANT TO BOOK ONE OF YOUR PACKAGES; I like the look of them all BUT I ONLY WANT TO STAY ONE NIGHT. HOW CAN I DO THIS?

Ask one of our PAs to suggest a personalised stay, according to your wishes.

I HAVE A BOOKING FOR THE 17TH OF APRIL. IT STATES THAT THE CANCELLATION POLICY IS 24 HOURS: up to WHICH DATE CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING WITHout CHARGE?

You can cancel your booking without charge up to the 16th of April at 3pm. After that, you will be charged for the first night. Please give us a call if there is any issue.

I WANT TO PAY FOR MY STAY IN CASH. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Yes, you can pay for your stay in cash on arrival. The bank card given at the time of booking is only in guarantee of your stay. What’s more, in case of late cancellation or no show, we will debit the costs according to the booking conditions. Please give us a call if there is any issue.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHEQUES?

The hotel does not accept cheques.

I ANTICIPATE ARRIVING VERY LATE. HOW WILL THAT WORK?

Just inform your PA about your late arrival. Please be aware that the reception is open 24 hours. However, for reasons of security, the entrance door to the hotel will be closed from midnight. Please ring the bell.

CAN I TRAVEL WITH MY PET?

Yes, we accept small pets. Please ask your PA whether your companion can stay with us.

I LOVED THE DESIGN OF THE HOTEL AND WOULD LIKE TO BRING A BIT OF SEZZ BACK HOME

Please be aware that you can order several Sezz Paris items from your PA such as our Sezz lamps, Sezz vases or even chairs for your room. Ask your PA what you can buy and he/she will help you arrange it.

CAN I BUY THE PHOTOGRAPHS FROM THE ROOMS?

Yes, you can buy the photographs by Claudia Sorbac and Stacy McCormack. These are original numbered works. Ask your PA for all the information relating to the works.

I WILL BE ARRIVING VERY LATE AND won’t HAVE HAD TIME TO EAT. DO YOU have ROOM SERVICE?

Yes, our room service is available 24 hours, you just need to order.

i want to book a table for dinner, but i really don’t have the time or know the names of the top RESTAURANTS. could you take care of it?

Yes, our PAs are available not only to suggest restaurants according to your preferences but can also to organise an “after-dinner” events.
